Whether you're planning a day in the garden, at the beach, in the desert or on the mountain, this wireless weather station keeps you abreast of pending rain, sun, clouds, and more. Wireless and easy to setup, this weather station's remote temperature/humidity sensor sets up in the garden, greenhouse, shop and more, reporting data back to the main console from up to 100 feet away. The main console can receive data from up to 3 sensors with the purchase of extra remote to monitor temperatures and humidity levels in the baby's room, warehouse, music room, wine cellar and more.
The station also displays barometric pressure, outdoor comfort levels (comfortable, wet, dry), and is equipped with a heat index displays and warnings (caution, extreme caution, danger, extreme danger) when it gets too hot for your blood. Temperature, relative humidity, and barometric pressure trends are also displayed for more accurate weather forecasts. Four weather forecast icons indicate whether the weather is clear, partly cloudy, cloudy, or rainy. Weather forecasts are shown for 12 to 24 hours, so you'll know in advance the weather within an 18- to 30-mile radius.
More great features include audible high and low temperature alerts and a visible ice warning that helps you protect basement pipes and fish ponds. The unit also features an adjustment for altitude compensation for accurate barometer pressure readings at altitudes from 328 below to 8202 feet above sea level.
